Contact and volunteering enquiries
Our contact buttons open your email application. Nothing is sent until you send the message yourself. We use the information you provide, such as name, email and enquiry details, to respond and manage the requested follow-up.
Please do not include sensitive medical information, children's details, identity documents or survivor accounts in an initial enquiry. We may need to retain correspondence for follow-up or applicable administrative and legal obligations; unnecessary information should be removed when no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask about your personal information, request correction or deletion, or object to processing where applicable by contacting us. Requests are considered in light of applicable law and any necessary retention obligations. You can also contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Hosting and external services
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. The public pages do not add advertising trackers or an analytics tag in this update.
Links to Spleis, the official organization register and other external services take you to their websites, where their own privacy terms apply. Bank transfers are processed by your bank; Agape does not collect card details on this website. If new analytics or marketing services are added, the privacy information and any required consent controls will need to be updated.
Purposes, retention and service providers
We use enquiry information to respond to your request and coordinate the cooperation you initiate. Administrative correspondence may be processed for the organization's legitimate interests; agreed services or legal record-keeping may require other applicable grounds. We do not use an initial enquiry as consent to marketing.
Retention depends on the purpose and applicable record-keeping duties, rather than an unlimited retention period. Ask us for details about a specific record, recipients or safeguards applicable to a service provider. A request for deletion may be limited by legal retention duties.
GoFundMe and Spleis handle donations on their own platforms and apply their own privacy terms and fees. Agape does not collect payment-card data on these public pages. Hosting and external providers may process information outside Norway; you may ask us about the arrangements applying to your enquiry. Contact Datatilsynet if you wish to complain.
